Crispin Olson, VP Product and Technology, was previously the CEO of Global Recall, a document management company that was sold to portal company Sagemaker in 2000 for over $10 million. He was also previously the Chief Technology Officer of Magi, a P2P content management company that merged with Topical Net in 2002. Crispin has over 19 years of experience in the software industry, and a B.Sc.(Hon.) in Math and Computer Science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

 

Joshua Goldberg, Founder and VP Finance and Operations, was previously an Administrative and Financial Manager for Coradiant, Inc., a web performance monitoring company. Prior to that, he was a Project Manager for Eicon Networks, Inc. (now Dialogic) Joshua graduated with Great Distinction from the Bronfman School of Management at McGill University.
