Salespen pricing is based on how many digital pens are in use at your company and a flat monthly charge per pen for unlimited pen and form usage.

So for much less than the cost of a cup of coffee per day, you can be sure that accurate and timely CRM data is always transmitted to Salesforce.com. 

Prices do not include the intial purchase of digital pens.  Digital pen prices vary based on the manufacturer, model and type and quantity being purchased.
