Here's how Salespen gets accurate and timely CRM information into your Salesforce.com records.

  • Salespen is an intelligent ballpoint pen that records the pen strokes made by writers on specially designed forms printed on laser printers. 
  • The recorded information can be uploaded instantly via a bluetooth enabled phone or an internet connection to the Salespen server.
  • The Salespen server then digitises the recorded information and transmits the resulting digital output to Salesforce.com, where your CRM records are updated. 
  • Form review features enable optional of editing the information before it is automatically entered into Saleforce.com. 
  • Forms can be changed subsequently using the pen and those changes will be correctly reflected in Salesforce.com. 
  • Communications between the Salespen server and the  Salesforce.com server are secure and meet Salesforce.com’s stringent security requirements.
  •  Forms filled out using Salespen are presented in Salesforce.com under the “Salespen” tab.
